Anna Snipes, Rn

Hello! My name is Anna Snipes. I live in Lancaster, SC with my husband, John, and our two kids, Hunter and Olivia. This is my fifth year of teaching Health Science at the Career Center. I have been a Registered Nurse for 10 years and previously worked in the Emergency Department, Labor and Delivery, Newborn Nursery and as a School Nurse. Before going to school to be a nurse, I was an elementary school teacher for eight years. I absolutely love what I do and am blessed to be able to teach students who are interested in the medical field therefore allowing me to combine both my passions of teaching and nursing.

Courtney Marshall

Hello! My name is Courtney Marshall. I grew up in Lancaster, SC and graduated from Lancaster High School in 2009. I attended USC-Lancaster for two years before transferring to Upstate where I received my Bachelors in Science. I continued my education at the University of South Carolina to pursue a degree in physical therapy and graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2016 (go Gamecocks!). My husband Patrick Marshall also attended LHS and is currently an assistant principal at Buford Elementary School. We have two daughters Emmie Reese and Marley and two dogs Palmer and Fowler. I love spending time helping young girls with softball as it was one of my biggest passions growing up as I played for Lancaster High and USC-Lancaster. We also love to do anything outdoors and enjoy going to the beach and being on the river. This is my second year teaching Health Science at the Career Center, and I am excited to take on another school year to help students who have an interest in health care.
