The Lancaster County School District Board of Trustees will meet on Thursday, June 25, at 300 S. Catawba St., Lancaster.

Special Called Meeting at 4:00 p.m.
Public Hearing at 4:30 p.m.
Called Meeting at 5:00 p.m.
Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m.

Please join us for the Lancaster County 250th Anniversary Observance as we commemorate the anniversary of the Declaration of Independence with a special Liberty Bell Ceremony & Community Reading on Saturday, July 4, 2026.

The observance will honor South Carolina’s four signers of the Declaration of Independence — Thomas Lynch, Jr., Arthur Middleton, Edward Rutledge, and Thomas Heyward, Jr. — and will feature patriotic songs, community singing, and a public reading celebrating the spirit of American independence and the sacrifices made in the cause of liberty.
