MUSC Health is excited to announce a free sports physical event - open to all student-athletes who plan to participate in school sports for the upcoming school year.
The event is completely free of charge, and no appointments are necessary. All you need to do is bring your completed sports physical form, which can be obtained from your school's athletic director or downloaded from the SC High School League website.
