On Friday, April 26th, free physicals will be given by MUSC at Andrew Jackson High School from 2:30 - 5:30pm. Athletes will need the following forms: a Physical Exam/History, Parent Permission, Concussion Awareness, and Emergency Contact forms which can be found on our website under the athletics tab. Athletes that register must have the forms printed, signed, and dated with them on the day of physical. No forms, no signatures, no physical.
