Lancaster High

Students enjoyed the morning visiting the historic Lancaster County Courthouse for an introduction to Lancaster County's form of government and the governmental structure.  Students worked in groups to brainstorm about park amenities and projects funded by capital project sales. Next, they walked across the street to the Lancaster County Administration Building where they participated in a mock county council meeting.  Students served as council members, concerned citizens, and press members. Afterward, they were treated to lunch!
